CUSTOM FURNITURE

All custom-made furniture is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

Ready-to-ship furniture may be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery.

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or resolved at Laura Design's discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, deposits are non-refundable.
