Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Laura Design, every piece is carefully crafted or selected to meet the highest standards of quality. Because many of our products are custom-made or specially ordered, we ask that customers carefully review their purchase before placing an order.

CUSTOM FURNITURE

All custom-made furniture is final sale.

Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

All deposits for custom furniture are non-refundable.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Furniture that is specially ordered from another manufacturer, warehouse, or state is considered a special order.

Once the order has been placed with the supplier or the merchandise has begun the shipping process, the order cannot be canceled, and any deposit or payment made is non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for confirming all product details before authorizing the purchase.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

If a ready-to-ship item has already been prepared for delivery, picked up by the carrier, or is in transit, the order cannot be canceled.

If the item has not yet been prepared for delivery or shipped, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery.

Any damage or shipping-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs.

Approved claims will be resolved by repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution at Laura Design's discretion.

IMPORTANT

By placing an order and submitting a deposit or payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and confirms that all product specifications, dimensions, materials, colors, and finishes have been reviewed and approved before the order is processed.Rechazo de entrega: Rechazar la entrega de un pedido no constituye una cancelación. 

Delivery Refusal: Refusing delivery of an order does not constitute a cancellation. Orders that have already been manufactured, specially ordered, prepared for delivery, or shipped remain the customer's responsibility and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
