Return & Refund Policy


At Laura Design, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:





1. All Sales Final



All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.





2. Custom-Made Furniture



All custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

These pieces are manufactured specifically for each client based on their selections and specifications.





3. Order Cancellations



Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production or processing may have already begun, and cancellations will not be accepted.





4. Damaged or Defective Items



If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please provide:


  • Photos of the damage
  • Order details



We will review the case and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement.





5. Delivery Policy



All deliveries are drop-off only unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access to the delivery location.





6. Natural Variations



Due to the nature of materials such as wood, fabric, and finishes, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur. These are not considered defects.
