Shipping policy
At Laura Design, we provide delivery services for furniture and custom-made pieces with the following terms:
DELIVERY AREAS
We currently offer delivery within Florida and selected areas in the United States.
For long-distance or special deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.
DELIVERY METHOD
All deliveries are curbside (drop-off only) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This means:
- Items will be delivered to the entrance of your home or building
- We do NOT provide installation or assembly services
DELIVERY COST
Delivery pricing varies depending on:
- Location
- Size of the item
- Quantity of items
Minimum delivery cost starts at $120.
Final delivery cost will be calculated and confirmed before or after purchase if needed.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
• In-stock items: typically delivered within 3–15 business days
• Custom-made items: delivery time varies depending on production (typically 5–6 weeks)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Proper access (doors, elevators, stairs)
- Enough space for the item to enter
Laura Design is not responsible if items do not fit due to access limitations.
FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- No one available
- Access issues
- Incorrect address

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos.
LIABILITY
Once the item is delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for:
- Damage after delivery
- Moving items inside the property
- Third-party handling
DELAYS
Laura Design is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Traffic
- Production delays
- Unforeseen circumstances
