SECTION 19 – CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

All custom-made products are final sale and non-refundable.

By placing a custom order, the customer agrees to all specifications including size, materials, and finishes.

Production begins only after approval and deposit. No cancellations or modifications once production has started.

Slight variations in color or texture may occur.

SECTION 20 – FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS

All furniture sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

Customers must inspect items at delivery. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos.

We are not responsible for damages after delivery.

SECTION 21 – DELIVERY TERMS

All deliveries are curbside (drop-off only).

Customers must ensure proper access (stairs, elevators, doorways).

Failed deliveries may result in additional charges.

SECTION 22 – INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

Interior design services are non-refundable once started.

All designs and renderings are property of Laura Design.

Project timelines may vary.
